חומרים:

חומרים לתבנית אינגליש קייק 30 ס”מ:

לצפות עם ניילון נצמד לחילוץ נוח

לעוגה:

1 מיכל שמנת מתוקה (250 מ”ל)

2 קופסאות גבינה לבנה 5% (500 גרם)

1 אינסטנט פודינג וניל (80 גרם)

3/4 כוס חלב

3 כפות סוכר

20 יחידות פתי בר שוקולד מריר/ פתי בר שוקו

לעיטור העוגה:

שוקולד מריר מגורד (40 גרם)

 אופן הכנה

  1. מקציפים במיקסר שמנת מתוקה, חלב, אינסטנט פודינג וניל וסוכר עד קבלת קרם יציב. מוסיפים את הגבינות בתנועות קיפול לקרם.
  2. מוזגים את הקרם לתבנית ומשאירים 3 כפות קרם לציפוי העוגה.
  3. מכניסים את הפתי בר לקרם עד תחתית התבנית בצורת 5 טורים לאורך העוגה (בכל טור 4 פתי בר).
  4. מורחים את הקרם הנותר ומיישרים בערת לקקן. עוטפים את העוגה בניילון נצמד ומכניסים למקפיא כ-5 שעות.
  5. לעיטור: בהגשה הופכים את העוגה על מגש ומפשירים במקרר למשך שעה.
  6. מגרדים את השוקולד המריר בעזרת פומפייה.
