בייגלה כפיות בסגנון ים תיכוני

בייגלה כפיות, הסדרה החדשה בצורת הכפית הייחודית של אסם, מתרחבת עם טעם חדש: בייגלה ים תיכוני עם תבלינים אופייניים לאזורינו - שומשום, מלח ים וזעתר.

ב- 2017 ערכה אסם מחקר להבנת הצרכים בשוק הבייגלה ומצאה כי אוכלי הבייגלה נוהגים לטבול אותו בדיפים שונים כמו גבינות, טחינה, חומוס. באסם החליטו לפתח מוצר חדש במטרה לתת מענה יצירתי לצורך הקיים בקרב צרכני הבייגלה. התוצאה: בייגלה שטוח בצורת כפית קטנה, דקה וקריספית, עם פיזורים טעימים מעל. בייגלה כפיות מייצר חווית אכילה נוחה, טעימה וכייפית.

בייגלה כפיות הושק לראשונה בקיץ 2019 בשני טעמים, בסגנון כפרי עם שומשום, קצח ומלח ים, ובסגנון איטלקי עם שומשום, פרג, שום ומלח ים. בנוסף, לאחר זמן קצר השיקה אסם גרסת To Go שאפשרה אכילה גם מחוץ לבית במנה מדודה.
