סוגת מציעה קמחים ייעודיים להתאמה מיטבית של סוג הקמח למאפה, לתוצאות אפייה מדויקות, טעימות ובעלות מרקם מושלם, ממש כמו של המקצוענים. הסדרה הינה פרי שיתוף פעולה של חברת סוגת עם טחנות הקמח שטיבל והשף-אופה המוביל ארז קומרובסקי, שעמלו יחד על פיתוח ההרכבים המדויקים של הקמחים.

“קמח שמרים פיתה”, אשר מהווה פתרון להכנה מהירה ונוחה במיוחד של פיתות בקלי קלות, מכיל תערובת חדשנית המכילה קמחים איכותיים לאפיית בצק פיתה, בתפיחה מהירה, ללא צורך בניפוי. לתערובת אשר כוללת קמח ושמרים, רק מוסיפים מים (אפשר גם שמן), מתפיחים ואופים.

מהתערובת ניתן להכין עשרות פיתות טריות ואף להקפיא את הבצק לשימוש במועד אחר, היא אינה מכילה מוצרים מן החי ונבדקה בקפידה על ידי השף והאופה המוביל ארז קומרובסקי.
