קטלוג איקאה מסיים את פעולתו לאחר 70 שנה

איקאה העולמית הודיעה היום, כי לאחר 70 שנות פעילות, קטלוג איקאה שהופץ בחודש ספטמבר שעבר, יהיה הקטלוג האחרון של הרשת השבדית, הן בגרסתו המודפסת והן בגרסתו האלקטרונית.

לקטלוג איקאה יש מורשת מפוארת. עם השנים הוא הפך לאמצעי פרסום אייקוני ואהוב, ושימש גורם הצלחה חשוב עבור איקאה במתן השראה לאנשים רבים ברחבי העולם, באמצעות הצעת פתרונות ומוצרי ריהוט לבית.

במהלך השנים, איקאה הפכה לדיגיטלית ונגישה יותר, תוך שהיא מאמצת דרכים חדשות ליצירת קשר עם אנשים רבים יותר. התנהגות הלקוחות וצריכת המדיה השתנו, והפופולריות של הקטלוג פחתה. בהתאם, קיבלה איקאה העולמית את ההחלטה לסיים בכבוד את המורשת של קטלוג איקאה ולהביט לעתיד בהתרגשות.

בשנים האחרונות בחנה איקאה פורמטים חדשים להפצת תוכן הקטלוג. בשנים אלה נאספו ידע ותובנות, כך שאיקאה תמשיך לעזור לאנשים לתכנן את צרכיהם וחלומותיהם בבית, בעזרת כלים מרגשים, קיימים וחדשים.
