חומרים לתבנית 20 ס”מ מתפרקת

 לתחתית:

  • תערובת כדורי שוקולד מיימונס
  • קינדר שוקולד מיני

 למלית:

  • 250 מ”ל שמנת להקצפה
  • 200 גרם גבינת שמנת (נפוליאון או פילדלפיה)
  • 250 גרם גבינה לבנה 9%
  • 1/2 כוס אבקת סוכר מיימונס
  • 1/2 כוס חלב
  • 1 חבילות פודינג בטעם וניל צרפתי מיימונס

 לקישוט:

  • 120 גרם נוטלה
  • 1/2 כוס שמנת להקצפה
  • 1 כף אבקת סוכר מיימונס
  • קינדר שוקובונס

 אופן הכנה:

  1. מכינים את תערובת כדורי השוקולד לפי ההוראות.
  2. מסדרים קינדר שוקולד מיני מסביב לדפנות התבנית.
  3. שופכים את תערובת כדורי השוקולד לתחתית התבנית ומהדקים כך שהתערובת תצמיד את הקינדר שוקולד מיני לדפנות.

הכנת המלית:

  1. מערבבים את גבינת השמנת מעט עד שהיא מתרככת. מערבבים ביחד גבינת שמנת, גבינה לבנה ואבקת סוכר
  2. מכניסים לקערת המיקסר שמנת להקצפה, פודינג וניל וחלב ומקציפים לקרם יציב. מקפלים בעדינות את הקרם לתוך תערובת הגבינות.
  3. שופכים את הקרם לתבנית מעל התחתית ומיישרים. מכניסים לכ-4 שעות למקפיא, להתייצבות. מוציאים מהמקפיא, ומורחים מלמעלה נוטלה.

מקציפים שמנת עם אבקת סוכר לקרם יציב. מכניסים לשקית זילוף עם צנטר כוכב ומזלפים תלוליות מלמעלה. מקשטים בקינדר שוקובונס. שומרים במקרר עד ההגשה.
